1. Administration Officer (Full Time)

What you’ll do:

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to our operations team

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries

• Assist with scheduling, documentation, and data entry

• Support smooth workflow across repair and project activities

What we’re looking for:

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Confidence using computer systems and learning new software

• A friendly, proactive approach to teamwork

2. Project Manager / Repair Coordinator (Full Time)

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate insurance repair jobs from start to finish

• Communicate with trades, suppliers, insurers, and homeowners

• Manage timelines, budgets, and job progress

• Ensure repairs are completed to a high standard

• Experience in building, construction, insurance repairs, or project coordination

• Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple jobs and stakeholders
